What We Collect
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and carry out our work.
Information you give us
- Quote and contact form: your name, telephone number, email address, property location, the services you're interested in, number of air conditioning units, your message, and any photographs you choose to upload (for example of rooms, indoor or outdoor units, or pipework).
- Job application form: your name, telephone, email, where you're based, the role you're interested in, experience, F-Gas certification status, driving licence, languages, your message, your CV and anything else you include in it.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: anything you send us directly, including your phone number, messages, photos and voice notes.
- When you become a customer: the details needed to carry out the work and invoice you, such as the property address, access arrangements, equipment details and billing information (including your NIF if you request it on an invoice).
Information collected automatically
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that the site can be delivered securely. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Please don't send us sensitive information (such as health details) through the website. We don't need it to provide our services.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS), form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, and access to enquiries and CVs is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
